Movement Class

Mini Movers Movement Classes offer an informative and fun environment for parents and their babies to get out of the house and move together. These classes offer a collaborative experience between Small Strides PT and Tiny Tots OT to provide families with a professional and well-rounded support system on all things related to early development.

For EVERY Child

All classes are grouped by your child's developmental stage because we believe in supporting a child's individual growth. Guidance will be specific to where your child is at and what skills are next.

Multi Disciplinary

All classes are co-led by a pediatric OT and PT meaning you will gain well rounded recommendations from professionals specializing in different areas of child development.

Fun

Mini Movers strives to make movement fun for babies and parents alike. All classes are geared toward helping babies find joy in their body and creating a safe environment for families to connect.

Educational

Have all your questions answered in a judgement free environment. Each class includes additional hot topics and an email guide of improtant information for you to refer back to.

Upcoming Mini Movement Classes

Tummy Time Class: 0-6 months

This class is wonderful for babies who are not yet crawling independently. It will review ways to incorporate tummy time positions in a comfortable manner, as well as how to practice skills to prep for rolling and independent sitting.
